To qualify for our housing, you must be 62 years of age or older and meet HUD income requirements. Individuals should contact Bivins Village staff about the income restrictions as HUD annually reviews and establishes income requirements. Rent is determined according to your income, assets, and certain medical expenses.
To be considered for housing, you must meet the age qualifications and income requirements. After these are met, an application must be completely filled out and returned to the main office before you can be added to our waiting list. Bivins Village office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please feel free to drop by and tour our community and fill out an application.
