Assistant DON

Bivins Memorial is seeking an Assistant DON for our Rehab department. The ADON assists in planning, organizing, managing and training for the Rehab nurses. Must be compassionate and committed to meeting all needs of the residents by providing quality service. Will assist in supervising nursing employees within the Rehab department. Must be able to demonstrate a personal and professional responsibility to promote an atmosphere of mutual trust, acceptance, recognition and respect. Must have a working knowledge of the Medicare/Medicaid programs as well as the state regulations for a licensed rehabilitation care facility.
