Just a note to thank you for all you did in getting my loved one into Childers Place. She was not at Childers Place for more than a few hours and they had taken great measures to get her settled into her room. The staff knew more about her in that short span of time than anyone [at her previous place of care] had cared to find out in months. She was back on medications that she needed, and the Hospice Care of the Southwest staff and therapy staff were there to meet her needs.

Instead of lying in bed, waiting to die, she was ready to live again. You gave her back her dignity. In the past few weeks, she has really settled in. She has friends finding her Christmas vest, so she can wear it to the dining room, and has them buying M&M's for her candy dish. She really enjoys the ladies who sit next to her in the dining room, and she loves all of the visits she gets.

I am so amazed. It could have gone either way with her. Here is a lady who was at death's door a few months ago, and now is excited about each day. Thank you for making this so easy and painless. Everything you do is so efficient, professional, caring and in the best interest of the patient. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate all you did. The staff at Childers Place are a true blessing in my life, and I just wanted to say a sincere "Thank you."

needs a space between sincere and "Thank you" on the last sentence. Also, are you going to quote who the thank you is from?
